Our Status as a Service Provider

The Malachian Empire Private Plate Program — operated through Tre Capital Trust Administration LLC and associated entities — is a private document preparation, consulting, and administrative services provider. We prepare, design, and issue private administrative instruments on behalf of clients who engage our services voluntarily.

We operate as document preparers and plate designers only. In that capacity, we assist clients in creating paperwork that reflects their private trust status, their private vehicle designations, and their intent to operate within a framework of private law. We do not practice law, and nothing we provide constitutes legal advice, legal representation, or any form of licensed professional service.

Our services are available to both tribal members and non-tribal members alike. Eligibility for our services is not restricted by tribal affiliation, national origin, or state of residence. All clients, regardless of background, are subject to the same terms, disclaimers, and responsibilities set forth herein.

We Are Not a Governing Authority

The Malachian Empire, its associated entities, and its administrative personnel do not hold, claim, or exercise governing authority over public roadways, state transportation systems, law enforcement activities, or any aspect of governmental regulation. We make no claim to governmental power of any kind over non-members, third parties, agencies, or institutions.

Plates, certificates, trust instruments, and all other documents issued through this program are private administrative instruments — they are records of a private arrangement between the client and the issuing private party. They do not override, supersede, or nullify state law, federal law, or the authority of any government agency or officer.

Any document produced through our service that contains the word "authority," "registration," "certification," or similar terms refers exclusively to private administrative standing within a private trust framework — not to any publicly recognized governmental authority over third parties.

Policy on Seals, Logos, & Organizational Insignia

The Malachian Empire Private Plate Program does not affix, reproduce, or authorize the use of any official tribal seal, official organizational logo, or official insignia of any tribal nation, government body, or registered organization on private plates, certificates, or any other issued documents.

This policy exists for the following reasons:

• Liability Protection: The unauthorized use of official tribal or governmental seals on materials associated with private vehicle operation would expose both the organization and the client to significant legal and civil liability.
• Accuracy of Representation: Use of an official seal implies official governmental endorsement or issuance. Our documents are private administrative instruments and must not be represented as officially government-issued.
• Member Protection: Clients presenting materials bearing official-appearing seals they are not entitled to use may face additional legal scrutiny, including potential fraud allegations. We do not expose our clients to that risk.
• Respect for Sovereign Authority: We respect the sovereignty of tribal nations and governing bodies and do not misappropriate their official symbols for private commercial purposes.

All design elements, emblems, seals, and insignia that appear on our plates and documents are original, proprietary designs created specifically for the Malachian Empire Private Plate Program and are not representations of any external governmental, tribal, or official authority.

Individual Responsibility

Every client who engages the services of the Malachian Empire Private Plate Program does so with full understanding and acceptance of the following:

• Self-Administration: Each client is solely responsible for administering their own private trust, managing their own private vehicle records, and making all decisions related to the use of issued documents.
• Operational Decisions: The decision to operate a vehicle bearing a private plate, to present private trust documents to law enforcement, or to assert any private standing in any interaction is entirely the client's own decision. We do not advise, direct, or authorize any specific course of action in any such interaction.
• Legal Recourse: If a client encounters legal issues, law enforcement actions, citations, impoundments, or any adverse consequence arising from their use of our documents or plates, the client bears sole responsibility for addressing those consequences. We are not a party to those interactions and bear no liability for their outcomes.
• Due Diligence: It is the client's sole responsibility to consult with a qualified private-law or tribal-law attorney before taking any action based on our documents, and to research the applicable laws in their state of residence and all states in which they intend to operate their vehicle.

No Recognition Guaranteed

The Malachian Empire makes no guarantee, warranty, or representation — express or implied — that any plate, certificate, trust instrument, or other document issued through this program will be recognized, accepted, or honored by any of the following:

• Any state Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or equivalent agency
• Any state or federal Department of Transportation (DOT)
• Any law enforcement agency at the local, state, or federal level
• Any court of law, administrative tribunal, or judicial body
• Any insurance provider, financial institution, or commercial entity
• Any other third party not expressly party to the private arrangement

The legal landscape surrounding private trust vehicle registration, private plate operation, and tribal jurisdictional claims is complex, evolving, and highly jurisdiction-specific. Outcomes vary significantly based on individual circumstances, state law, and the specific facts of any given situation. We cannot predict, guarantee, or be held responsible for how any third party responds to our documents.

No Legal Advice — Document Preparation Only

Nothing communicated by the Malachian Empire, its representatives, its published materials, or its issued documents constitutes legal advice. We are not licensed attorneys. We do not establish an attorney-client relationship with any client. Our representatives cannot and do not provide legal counsel on any matter.

All information we provide — including explanations of private trust law concepts, tribal jurisdiction frameworks, UCC filing procedures, or DMV notice processes — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It should not be relied upon as legal guidance for any specific situation.

Every client is strongly encouraged to retain qualified legal counsel — specifically an attorney familiar with private law, trust law, and the transportation laws of their state of residence — before taking any action based on materials or information provided through this program.

Scope of Our Representations

When we describe a document as a "Certificate of Private Plate Issuance," a "Private Automobile Trust Instrument," a "Certified Notice to State DMV," or any similar title, we are describing the nature and intent of the document as a private administrative record. We are not representing that:

• The document carries legal force equivalent to a government-issued document of the same name
• Any government agency will treat the document as they would treat their own official records
• Presenting the document will produce any specific legal outcome
• The document replaces any legally required government registration, titling, or licensing

Our documents are exactly what they say they are: private records, prepared to a high administrative standard, reflecting the client's private trust arrangement and their assertion of private status. What those documents mean in any given legal or governmental context is a matter for qualified legal professionals and the relevant authorities to determine.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Malachian Empire, Tre Capital Trust Administration LLC, and all associated entities, officers, representatives, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• A client's use or presentation of any document, plate, certificate, or other instrument issued through this program
• Any law enforcement interaction, citation, vehicle stop, impoundment, or legal proceeding related to a client's vehicle
• Any failure of a third party to recognize, honor, or accept any issued document
• Any reliance by a client on information, explanations, or representations made by our representatives
• Any outcome of a client's private trust administration decisions

By engaging our services, each client expressly acknowledges and agrees to this limitation of liability as a fundamental condition of service.

Acknowledgement of This Disclaimer

Submission of a member intake form, payment for any service tier, or receipt of any document or plate from the Malachian Empire Private Plate Program constitutes the client's express acknowledgement that they have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of this Legal Disclaimer, the Terms of Service, and the Member Responsibility Notice.
