Section 01

Who We Are

The Malachian Empire Private Plate Program ("Program," "we," "us," "our") is a private document preparation and administrative consulting service operated through Tre Capital Trust Administration LLC and associated entities under the Malachian Empire administrative framework. We provide document preparation services, plate design services, and private trust administration consulting to individuals who engage us on a voluntary, private-party basis.

We are not a government agency, tribal government body, DMV, or any form of public institution. We are a private service provider. Our services are available to all individuals — both tribal members and non-tribal members — without restriction based on tribal affiliation, national origin, or place of residence.

Section 02

Services Provided

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, we provide the following services across our three-tier program:

All services are rendered as private document preparation and administrative consulting only. The substance, legal effect, and use of all documents is the sole responsibility of the client.

Section 03

Services Not Provided

The following are explicitly outside the scope of our services. No representative of the Malachian Empire Private Plate Program is authorized to provide these, and any representation to the contrary should be reported to management:

Section 04

Client Eligibility

Our services are available to any adult individual (18 years of age or older) who:

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where we have reason to believe the client intends to misuse our documents or misrepresent our services to third parties.

Section 05

Client Obligations

By engaging our services, you agree to the following obligations:

Section 06

Payment & Refunds

Payment for all services is due in full prior to document preparation beginning. Current pricing is as listed on our website and may be updated without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of your intake.

All sales are final. Due to the labor-intensive, custom nature of document preparation and plate fabrication, we do not offer refunds once document preparation has commenced. If you have concerns before your order is processed, contact Member Services immediately at 888-597-8825.

Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of: (a) documented error by our team in preparing your documents; or (b) failure to deliver within a reasonable timeframe after payment, for reasons attributable to us. No refund will be issued for client dissatisfaction based on outcomes with third parties (e.g., law enforcement, DMV), as such outcomes are outside our control and not guaranteed.

Section 07

Document Delivery

Standard delivery timelines for completed document packages are 7–14 business days from confirmation of payment and receipt of complete intake information. Rush processing may be available for an additional fee; contact Member Services to inquire.

Physical plates are shipped via tracked carrier to the address provided in your intake form. Digital document archives are delivered via secure email to the address provided. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carrier issues, incomplete address information, or failure to receive email due to spam filters or incorrect email addresses provided by the client.

All documents are prepared based solely on the information provided in the client's intake form. Errors resulting from inaccurate client-provided information are the client's responsibility and may be corrected at an additional fee for document re-preparation.

Section 08

Intellectual Property

All design elements, templates, document formats, seal designs, and branding used in our plates and documents are the proprietary intellectual property of the Malachian Empire and its associated entities. Clients receive a personal-use license to the documents and plates issued to them for use in connection with their private trust vehicle arrangement.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or sublicense our document templates, design elements, or any portion thereof. The personal-use license granted to clients does not extend to commercial reproduction or distribution of our materials.

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to any client for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by that client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Section 10

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Malachian Empire, Tre Capital Trust Administration LLC, and all associated entities, officers, representatives, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our documents, plates, or services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any misrepresentation you make to any third party regarding our documents or authority; or (d) any interaction with law enforcement, government agencies, or courts related to your private vehicle operation.

Section 11

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between a client and the Malachian Empire arising from or related to our services shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding private arbitration administered under private arbitration rules agreed upon by both parties.

Clients waive the right to bring any dispute as a class action. All disputes are individual matters between the client and the Program.

Section 12
